Tapia on the way for 2.5 million.

Tapia has been agreed to with Twente. 2.5 million fee. Physical is pending and then the signing. A good move for a team that needed a boost after the last 2 weeks. Should be an upgrade over El Ahmadi at DMF and provides depth/options at CD.
